Milling

Fast, cost-effective material removal that leaves a clean, level profile — indoors or out.

Everything You Need To Know

Milling is our most efficient and cost-effective method of removing material. Indoors that means trowel-applied epoxy floors, concrete high joints, and ceramic tile. Outdoors it means profiling or leveling roads, parking lots, and bridge decks, including elastomeric and asphaltic membranes. Carbide grinding, also called micro-milling, is a lower-cost alternative to diamond grinding — use it as the finished surface or as prep before a thin overlay. Every job runs with dust control.

Removes Any Thickness

Milling takes off as little or as much material as the job calls for, leaving a smooth, consistent surface ready for whatever goes down next.

Cost-Effective

Carbide grinding is a lower-cost alternative to diamond grinding, and milling gets more done per shift — which keeps your schedule and your budget intact.

Dust Controlled

All milling is performed with dust control, so you get a cleaner site, a safer crew, and less disruption to the other trades working around us.
