Southeastern Wisconsin’s Milling Specialists
Our most efficient and cost-effective method of removing materials efficiently and effectively is milling. For an indoor project this could be trowel-applied epoxy floors, concrete high joints, or ceramic tile floors. Outside projects would include pavement milling to profile or level the concrete surface of a paved road, parking lot, or bridge and any elastomeric/asphaltic membranes. This process removes any level of thickness to create a smooth surface. Carbide grinding, also known as micro-milling, is a lower cost alternative to diamond grinding of concrete surfaces. It can be used either as the final surface or as a treatment before applying a thin overlay. All of our milling is performed with dust control, consequently guaranteeing you the highest-quality and safest result.
